How long are files stored?

Uploaded files are stored for 30 days by default. Pro and Enterprise plans offer extended retention options.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not access or analyze your file contents.

Can I use the API for commercial purposes?

Yes. All paid plans include commercial usage rights. The free tier is for personal and evaluation use.

What happens if processing fails?

Failed jobs are automatically retried up to 3 times. If all retries fail, you'll receive a webhook notification (if configured) and can view the error in your dashboard.

Do you support batch processing?

Yes. You can upload multiple files in a single request via the API. The web interface also supports multi-file drag and drop.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
