4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Uploaded files are retained according to your account settings, with a default retention period of 30 days after processing.

You can delete your files at any time through the dashboard. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except as required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), secure cloud storage, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
